Yoav Rottenberg is the founder and chairman of Mav Recycling.

Yoav founded Mav Recycling in 2020 and has acts as its Managing Director and Chairman of the Board.

Yoav grew up in Israel, Hong Kong and London and later lived and worked as an expat in China and East Africa for over 10 years. Yoav holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration and a Bachelor’s degree in Economics, both from the University of Tel Aviv.

Jackline is the General Manager at Mav Recycling. Jackline has been with the company since it began operations in February, 2021.

Jackline brings to Mav Recycling years of customer service experience and a proven track record of leadership and management. Jackline is the backbone of our company and directly supervises and coordinates all project work and key managerial and administrative activities.

Jackline holds a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing & Entrepreneurship from Sokoine University, Tanzania.

Edwin is the Operations Manager at Mav Recycling. Edwin has been with the company since June, 2021.

Edwin is an experienced Operations Manager, oversees all technical aspects of Mav Recycling’s activities. Edwin has been coordinating the operation of all our heavy equipment and vehicles, and our recycling facility since joining the company.
